Soft pressing, fermentation with controlled temperature (16-18°C). Conservation in thermo conditioned steel tanks. Bottled in sterile line with Cork vacuuming system.

  • Bouquet: intense, with hints of dried fruits, peach and citrus fruits

  • Taste: soft, elegant, well balanced, with a nice mineral finish

  • Alcohol content: 13% vol

  • Net dry extract: 20 g/l

  • Reducer sugars: 6,5 g/l

  • Total acidity: 5,3 g/l

  • Total sulphites: 90/110 mg/l

It’s raccomand to companied from First dishes to second disches with White meat, Ideal with seafish or lakefish.
